Home Screen prototype

The home screen is broken up into 3 sections:

Friendly Game:

This is the normal free version where players can play and record their stats without staking any crypto on their match. This is designed for community and stat tracking.

Play for keeps:

This is designed for amateur football players to earn money and real life rewards in the game, This mode is designed for the players who take their football seriously and we will track their stats separately, because playing when there is something on the line is a different type of intensity.

Referee Mode:

This is a section just for the players who are not playing the matches but still want to earn money being involved in the amateur football scene.

This is where we will train the referees in order to make them official referees that can officiate matches and also keep the stats for us at footyfinder, they will be viewed as independent  contractors for the app.

Dashboard prototypes

Normal player screen

King of the Hill

These dashboards embody the spirit of the game , amateur football is all about competitiveness and with the King of the hill screen we want to reward the best players by giving them the bragging rights they deserve. The app is community based, and its all about relativity. You don’t have to be the best in the country to have your name on the top leaderboards just the best in your local area.

Matchmaking Prototypes

This is how we will advertise the business of field owners, we will give players an opportunity to rate the different establishments and make it easy to create and join matches

The chat function is to make communicating between strangers easier and seamless. We want everybody to know what is expected of them before arriving and also get to know each other before they meet up to go and play soccer.

Team Captains dashboard

Complete customization

The problem players don’t know they have:

The main problem with how amateur soccer players are playing soccer now is that there is no organization and its all word of mouth with hopes that the players remember tactics and instructions.

Its difficult for Captains to tell their team members the style of football they want to play, especially if the players are new to the team and they are not friends outside of the football field. Captains often have to explain positions and tactics over and over again and most of the time the players forget about 70% of what the captain said

Solution is FootyFinder controlling the user experience:

At footyfinder we want to give captains the tools to make their team better and better, so we create functions like this to help the captain create his vision for the team and make the process as easy and as seamless as possible, This way the captain can create and set his tactics once and then broadcast the tactics to his team and this way the team knows exactly how to play.

Captains can also adjust tactics in real time, save successful setups for future matches, and even share training frameworks or playstyles with new teammates. This feature brings professional-level preparation to the amateur game helping teams play smarter, stay organized, and perform better on the pitch.

Even if you just joined the team and you are not necessarily friends with the teammates just yet, you know exactly what is expected from you in the position you play and you can study the team tactics and have an understanding of how to play.

This is the team formation section, where the captain can set up his team to fit the style of football that represents his vision for the team.

This is to show the starting line up and also who will not be available to play. There are also fitness levels showing exactly all the stats needed for a captain to make his decision.

This is a section in the captains dashboard that allows the captain to speak to other captains in the league, to discuss issues that could be helpful like maybe postponing matches or making sure the teams aren’t wearing the same colours etc.

This is how the captain can send messages to his team, instead of the message on whatsapp being lost under a flurry of other messages, the captain can now set important messages specifically for the football related topics.

Referee Dashboard

The Empowering Fair Play and Accountability

FootyFinder introduces a Referee Dashboard designed to bring structure, transparency, and professionalism to amateur football. Referees play a critical role in ensuring that every match runs smoothly, fairly, and with verified results. Through the dashboard, referees act as independent contractors within the FootyFinder ecosystem — managing matches, recording game data, and contributing to the platform’s integrity while earning income for their work.

Each referee can track their daily and cumulative earnings directly from the dashboard. Match payments are processed automatically once results are verified, providing an easy, transparent way for referees to manage their income and match history.

To ensure a high standard of officiating, all referees go through the FootyFinder Referee Training Program — a short but comprehensive online course that covers the rules of the game, conflict resolution, and platform procedures. Upon successful completion, referees become certified and eligible to officiate official FootyFinder matches. This system guarantees that all games are overseen by trained, impartial referees who understand the platform’s expectations.

Referees equipped with smart glasses or mobile cameras will also have the ability to upload match footage directly through the app, providing a verifiable record of goals, assists, and match highlights. This not only ensures accountability but also allows for exciting content sharing and player analysis.

After each match, players can rate the referee’s performance, with their average rating displayed on their profile. This creates a transparent feedback loop that rewards professionalism, consistency, and fairness — helping the best referees stand out and earn more opportunities.

With the Referee Dashboard, FootyFinder doesn’t just create jobs — it builds a trust-based ecosystem that upholds the spirit of fair play, data accuracy, and community-driven accountability.

This is how the referees will upload the match results ensuring they capture all the details of the match

An easy way for referees to track their earnings through matches they have officiated.

Everything the referee needs will be on their phone, the time keeping will allow one standard time set for all matches, the yellow and red card functions will also be on the phone. the referee will just hold up the phone when giving players cards.

The referees will also be able to submit reports against players that don’t follow rules so that we can track the bad apples.

Crypto Dashboard

The "play for keeps" section

The Crypto Betting Dashboard is designed to be the central hub for players who participate in FootyFinder’s play-for-stakes ecosystem, where competition meets accountability and every match carries real financial value. Inside this dashboard, each player will have a crypto wallet directly integrated into the app, allowing them to deposit, stake, and withdraw cryptocurrency seamlessly. The wallet section will display the player’s current balance, their total staked amount in active wagers, and a transparent transaction history that automatically records all wins, losses, and payouts executed through smart contracts. Every bet will be handled securely on-chain, ensuring that match outcomes and financial settlements remain tamper-proof and transparent to all participants.

The dashboard will also feature a section highlighting the last match the player staked on, showing key details such as the teams that played, the final score, the amount wagered, and whether the player won or lost the bet. A summary card will display how much was earned or lost, along with match analytics like total community stakes and betting sentiment percentages. This allows players to easily track their recent betting performance and gain insights into their decision-making trends.

In addition to individual tracking, the dashboard will showcase the best players and teams within the betting version of FootyFinder. Unlike the friendly game mode, where matches are casual and for enjoyment, the betting version rewards competitiveness, precision, and mental composure. The Top Players leaderboard will highlight individuals with the highest win rates in wagered matches, total earnings from stakes, and consistent form across multiple games. Each profile will show a player’s statistics under pressure, reflecting how well they perform when there’s something tangible on the line.

Alongside this, a Best Teams section will rank teams based on their overall performance in the betting ecosystem. Teams that consistently win staked matches, maintain high payout ratios, and demonstrate verified fair play through referee reports will appear at the top of the list. This encourages organized competition, drives team formation, and adds a professional edge to local 5-a-side football.

Finally, players will have access to detailed performance analytics that summarize their historical results and behavioral patterns. These insights will include their average stake per game, profit-to-loss ratio, number of matches played for money, goals scored and conceded, and how their results differ between casual and staked environments. By combining blockchain transparency with gamified competition, the Crypto Betting Dashboard not only creates accountability and trust but also transforms local football into a dynamic, data-driven financial ecosystem where skill and performance directly translate into real-world value.

This is the section where all the players contribute their crypto before the kickoff. Its designed this way so that not one single player pays for the match then it gets complicated, Its made for fairness and locks the funds in escrow before the match, so that nobody brings cash to the matches. and nobody can take their money out after the match if they don’t agree with the referees decision.

This will be what the final match confirmation will look like for each team, confirming the details.

This is a section to educate people how blockchain works and how the matches work with smart contracts, its a tutorial section.

This is what the wallets will look like for individual players.

Practice mode

Skill based and not chance based.

The Practice & Training Dashboard is designed to help teams and individual players sharpen their skills, improve teamwork, and prepare strategically for competitive, staked matches. Because FootyFinder is built as a skill-based ecosystem, not a chance-based game, performance on the pitch is what determines success — not luck or random outcomes. In chance-based systems, results depend largely on uncertainty, where players rely on odds, luck, or unpredictable events to win. In contrast, FootyFinder rewards skill, preparation, and strategy, meaning that every pass, shot, and decision made on the field directly influences the result. This distinction makes FootyFinder a fair and merit-driven platform, where players who invest in improving themselves and their teams are consistently rewarded through performance and earnings.

Within the Practice Dashboard, teams can schedule practice sessions, record performance data, and track progress over time. Captains can set tactical goals, design formations, assign drills, and monitor how each player contributes to the team’s development. The dashboard will feature video upload capabilities, allowing players and coaches to review practice footage, analyze positioning, and identify weaknesses that need improvement. The system will also provide suggested training programs or challenges tailored to each player’s position for example, shooting accuracy drills for forwards, passing precision exercises for midfielders, and defensive awareness training for defenders.

Each training session completed will generate skill progression metrics that are saved on the player’s and team’s profiles. These analytics help players visualize their improvement over time, highlighting stats like passing accuracy, shot conversion rate, speed, and stamina. Players can compare current and previous practice results to track consistency and identify areas needing focus before entering staked matches.

For teams, the Practice Dashboard encourages collaboration, communication, and chemistry essential traits for winning when real money is on the line. Coaches or captains can use tactical whiteboards to simulate in-game situations, draw up strategies, and share them with teammates directly in the app. Over time, these practice records will form a historical training archive, allowing players to see how far they’ve come and measure their growth against other teams in their area.

Ultimately, the Practice Section reinforces FootyFinder’s mission: to create a transparent, skill-driven football ecosystem that empowers players to become the best versions of themselves. It bridges the gap between casual play and professional structure, giving grassroots athletes the same tools that pros use to improve. By turning practice into measurable progress, FootyFinder ensures that success isn’t left to chance it’s earned through dedication, teamwork, and skill.

For the keepers

The Goalkeeper Practice Mode was created to solve one of the biggest challenges in amateur football — giving goalkeepers a meaningful way to train and develop their skills without always needing a full team or someone to shoot at them. In most community settings, goalkeepers are left out of structured training sessions or only get practice during live matches, which limits their growth. FootyFinder changes that by providing a dedicated goalkeeper-focused practice environment that allows keepers to work on their reflexes, positioning, reaction time, and handling consistency through smart, interactive training tools.

In addition, teams can link their keepers’ practice sessions with their own training dashboards, allowing captains or coaches to upload custom drills such as corner defense setups or one-on-one situations  ensuring that the goalkeeper’s training complements the team’s tactical strategy.

Ultimately, the Goalkeeper Practice Mode ensures that no player is left behind in the pursuit of skill development. It gives goalkeepers the structure, feedback, and tools they need to train independently, sharpen their abilities, and compete confidently in both friendly and staked matches. FootyFinder’s approach empowers keepers to transform practice into measurable progress making every dive, save, and reaction part of a transparent, skill-based journey toward mastery.

Rewards and punishments

Good sport and bad sport

The Good Sport and Bad Sport Rating System is designed to bring accountability and fair play into amateur football using community powered feedback. After every match, players can rate each other based on sportsmanship, reliability, and conduct both on and off the pitch. The system keeps track of how players behave whether they show up on time, respect referees, and contribute positively to the team dynamic. Players who consistently demonstrate good behavior maintain a high rating, while those who miss matches, argue, or display poor sportsmanship see their rating drop. When a player’s sportsmanship rating falls below 50%, they are automatically labeled as a “Bad Sport,” visible to other users. This creates a transparent, self regulating community where players are motivated to act responsibly.

To complement this, FootyFinder introduces the NFT Man of the Match Reward System, a digital collectible that celebrates excellence on the field. Each match automatically generates data such as goals, assists, distance covered, and overall match rating. The top performing player earns an exclusive NFT “Man of the Match” card, which serves as a verifiable digital badge of honor stored securely on the blockchain. These NFT awards not only recognize individual brilliance but also allow players to build a digital portfolio of their performances over time  proof of skill, consistency, and progress.

Together, the sportsmanship rating and NFT rewards create a complete ecosystem of accountability and recognition. Good behavior and fair play are rewarded, while negative conduct is discouraged, ensuring that every player in the FootyFinder community contributes to an environment built on respect, skill, and sportsmanship.

The NFT card will look something like this.
